Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping We ship live plants and products throughout the Netherlands and the EU. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Pallet Shipping (Large Orders) If no shipping option appears at checkout, your order is too large or heavy to ship as a standard parcel and will need to be delivered on a pallet.
To receive a shipping quote for pallet delivery, please email us at info@tropicalcentre.com with:
- The plants you would like to order
- Your postcode and country
We will get back to you with a price as soon as possible.
Delivery Times We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Actual delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. As live plants are perishable, we do not ship on Fridays to avoid weekend delays.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tropicalcentre.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a suitable solution. For lost shipments, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
