Return and Refund Policy

At Tropical Centre, we are committed to delivering the highest quality plants and products. Please read our policy carefully.

Live Plants Live plants are perishable goods. In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(d)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Therefore, live plants cannot be returned.

If you receive a plant that is damaged or in poor condition upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tropicalcentre.com, including photos of the plant and packaging. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Other Products For non-perishable products (such as pots, soil, and accessories), you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
