These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tropical Centre website and the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products We sell live plants and related products. As living organisms, plants may vary in size, shape, and appearance from the photos shown. We do our best to accurately represent our products.

Pricing and Payment All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched.

Shipping We ship throughout the Netherlands and the EU. Delivery times and shipping costs are stated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Live Plants Live plants are perishable goods. We take great care in packaging to ensure safe delivery. Risk of damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours.

Liability Tropical Centre is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
